PETRACCI Massimiliano

has been Full Professor at the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences of the University of Bologna since 2018, where he is also coordinator of the PhD Programme of Agricultural, Environmental and Food Science and Technology. Petracci chairs the Working Group 'Poultry Meat Quality' of the European Federation of the World's Poultry Science Association since 2014. In addition to his research responsibilities, he currently teaches courses on the production of food of animal origin, seafood quality, and innovations in meat and egg processing. His research activities relate to various aspects of poultry production and product quality, such as the characterization of emerging meat abnormalities.
