MANZANO Pablo

obtained a MSc (2004) and PhD (2015) degree in Ecology and the Environment at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), while familiarizing himself with grazing systems in New Zealand and Texas. He worked on pastoralist systems in the cooperation development sector, first in Bosnia-Herzegovina and later coordinating global programs at IUCN and FAO. In 2020, after conducting consultancies on livestock and the environment, he joined the Global Change and Conservation research group of the University of Helsinki (HELSUS post-doc) and the Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3). His interest gravitates around interdisciplinary research on the sustainability of livestock systems.
